Terrence announces he’s coming back to run the agency. Ari has run the agency for a while and hopes to get some benefit out of his tenure. When Terrence offers nothing, Ari attempts a coup by calling 8 agents for a secret lunch meeting at Hamburger Hamlet. Ari arrives at Hamburger Hamlet to find none of the agents there. Season 2, Episode 21 “Exodus”

Ari has his agents meet at Hamburger Hamlet.  He tells them they’ll be working for free for the 1st 6 months.  The agents start backing out and Barbara Miller steps in.  She tells Ari she wants part ownership of the agency they’re creating.  Babs and Ari introduce Miller Gold to the agents.  Season 3, Episode 30 “The Release”
