E and Harvey end up at Winston’s where they meet up with the boys.  E gets Vince to agree to tell Harvey that they won’t be selling the movie to him.  Vince chickens out.  Drama gets Nell hooked up with a “hot woman.”  Finally, Drama tells Harvey they aren’t selling him the movie as he exits the bar.  Season 4, Episode 46 “Sorry, Harvey”
